Travis brought us all to Las Vegas with him while he was attending a conference! It was crazy & fun - but never again to Las Vegas with children. Their innocence is too precious :) and that's all I'll say about that.
We stayed at the Flamingo Hotel and the kids LOOOOOVVVVEEED it! They thought it was great to all sleep in a bed together. I was surprised by how quickly they went to sleep.
They were all so cute with their animals! Adorable!!
We spent a day at the pool. It was a kind of chilly day which was fine for us because then it wasn't as crowded. All the kids had an awesome time.
Beau spent most of his time in the water - he is definitely a fish!
Travis joined us for a little while in the pool and got some great pics of me & Maizie hangin' out in the water.
Beau was sad to get out of the pool and was getting cold not being in the water. Poor guy.
Jack was a little more tentative. He thought it was a bit too chilly in the water for him so he mostly laid out on his chair or walked around the pool area.
Maizie didn't like getting out either - she couldn't get warm enough and was letting everyone know about it!
Jack and I were having a minute together in the pool before he was too cold to go on!
We all have agreed that the pool and the musical fountains at the Bellagio at nighttime were definitely by far the bestest things about Las Vegas. It was nice to get away for a little while!!

Yeah, I've heard from people that Las Vegas is a great place to take your kids, but I don't think I'll believe it. :oP Another friend told me they were handed pornographic flyers in the morning on the street--while they had their two young children with them. Goodness gracious!
Do you think you and Travis would ever go back there with just the two of you though?
That's a good question, Dianna! I'm not sure. It would have to be for 1 or 2 days nothing more and for something very specific, like a show or a big UFC fight that we were going to see. Otherwise there's nothing to do there but drink & gamble. I sound like such an old person!!
I think Trav's hair is getting long enough to french braid :)
I've heard the same thing and Drew's witnessed it himself! nothing but bad things in that place if you ask me! you didn't, but there's my 2cents! glad you guys had fun though...agree with your statement. Their innocence is too precious!! love those kiddos! can't wait to see the next installment! ha, ha hurry up & get over here again already!! :0)
